The Phase 2 two-bedroom condos of A Place at the Beach provide spacious accommodations for up to five guests.

With one queen bed in the first bedroom, one full-sized bed in the second bedroom, and one full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, there’s plenty of room for small and medium-sized vacation groups.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully-furnished kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking utensils, as well as a private balcony, where you can take in the sights and sounds of North Myrtle Beach.

Relax and enjoy the scenic views when you stay in one of our two-bedroom condos.

Accessible Public Areas: Public Beach access next door to the resort is wheelchair accessible.
Accessible Routes from Public Entrance: There is a ramp from the unloading zone that leads to both the front office and elevators that is wheelchair accessible.
Additional Accessible Features: There is handicap parking both on the side of the building as well as across the street in our parking lot.
Accessible Guest Room Features: The corridors of the building and the hallways of the units are accessible by wheelchair however, the units themselves do not have any features that would be considered handicap accessible.

My husband and I own 2 weeks in this complex-Week 30 and 33. We own a 3 bed, 2 bath waterfront condo. (sleeper sofa in LR) The complex is 3 stories, a total of 6 units at this location. Fully furnished unit- WD, DW, MW, 2 TVs, phone, towels provided, a starter set of dish detergent, etc. 2 car parking per unit at this location. Additional cars can be parked at the check-in office-.8 miles down the street. We have used one of these units every year since we purchased the first one in 1984. In 1989, our school year changed so we were able to purchase the earlier week 30 for our vacation and we rent out the other week 33. The screened-in porch facing the ocean is a wonderful way to start the day at our condo. The back porch facing the car park has the enclosed W/D and storage area for items you might want to store during your stay.

My family spent a week on the beach in Phase 1 and thoroughly enjoyed it! The ocean view was wonderful and we loved the three-bedroom, two-bath unit with a kitchen. We were able to cook when we wanted and it was not far from many wonderful restaurants and shopping. Great access to the beach and the beach was not terribly busy all week. We had a very nice time. Washer and dryer for this unit were very nice to have as well.
